Recruitment

Thank you for your interest in our sales position, we are looking for commission only Independant contractors that are aggressive, and self motivated. I have a new program available that I believe to be an easier sale, but you must be comfortable in talking to medium - large size companies, this has two different ways that it pays and has the potential to make significantly more money and retain customers longer, and honestly is easier than just selling leads.

There is allot of competition in the lead industry and many brokers don’t want to listen to or believe in, your product, so you cant get discouraged easily, Also many times the broker has spent the current month's budget and will not be able to sign up until the following month, so follow up is key. The good new is it will only take a couple loyal customers to provide you with a comfortable income.

Below is more information on the product offered and some hints on how to sell it, Also Please check ou the competition on the web, you will see leads ranging from $1 to almost $100 just be sure to compare similiar leads.

Bullet points and how they are relevant to selling leads.

All leads are telemarketed leads, meaning that a telemarketer has contacted the potential client, received interest from the client, and then qualified the customer. The qualifications are the following items that we guarantee.

100% Exclusive – meaning that National Hot Leads will only sell this to once company and one company only. Most companies do not sell exclusive leads and will sell this to many different companies, if the lead is offered Exclusive the price can easily jump to over $60. This does not mean that there will not be any competition for the loan, as we are unable to control the activities of the customer i.e. contacting other companies, filling out lead information online, or any number of other things.

80% LTV - Meaning that the customer only owes 80% of the appraised value The lower the number the better. The lower the number the more equity. The lower the amount the more loan programs a customer will quality for, 80% is the point where almost all programs will accept the loan, a very strong selling point.

6.5% Rate – Meaning this is the interest rate paid by the customer on their current loan, The importance of having this is to eliminate the customer with a 5% interest rate that will tell a telemarketer that they will do a refinance loan if they can beat their current rate, In almost all cases this will not result in a loan as rates are much higher now.

500 FICO - Meaning the credit score of the customer. There are very few lenders that will work with a customer who has a lower than 500 fico score. The sub prime market is doing very well right now and LO’s are looking to capitalize on customer with less than perfect credit so a low score is good but under 500 is almost impossible to close.

All Clients must have shown some type of interest in a refinance loan. If the customer says that they never wanted a loan and told that to the telemarketer then this is a bad lead.

If the customer has done a refinance in the last 9 months then this is a bad lead.

If the lead turns out to be a Manufactured home, which sometimes happens, because when the telemarketer talks to the customer the customer says their house, and does not specify that it is a manufactured home. In this case the lead is bad and will be credited.
